isn't it the music from rocky ,? when he is making a comeback and in training ,he's running along shadow boxing then runs up a massive flight of steps outside the town hall or somewhere, i havn't a clue what it is called though

It is thr Rocky theme like the guy says, the actual name of it is "Gonna Fly Now", its on the Rocky OST or probably limewire.

I suggest you get all the muisic from Rocky films you can most of its mega awsome.
