Blepharitis Eyelid Condition Query ?

Hi does anybody have a tried natural remedy that works for blepharitis please ? Thanks.

The Mayo Clinic (which is highly respected) suggests that dietary changes might be more effective than any alternative/natural remedies:
"No alternative medicine treatments have been found to conclusively ease the symptoms of blepharitis. However, a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids or supplements containing omega-3 fatty acids may be helpful for blepharitis associated with rosacea. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in foods such as salmon, tuna, trout, flaxseed and walnuts."

I used Blephasol and my problem cleared up completely. It’s not what I would call a ‘natural’ treatment though.

Had this many years ago and the eye clinic at my local hospital recommended bathing 3 times a day with cool, boiled water for a week - it worked. Hope this helps.
