I just use the time productively, Its amazing what you can do at 3 am when the world is quiet. I have at various times finished craft projects, polished silver, updated photo albums and similar tasks that dont annoy the neighbours. Once it is light, weeding, dead heading etc while listening to the dawn chorus. I see it as an extra gift of time

I am limited to what I can do when Bessie boo gets me up early as I don't want to disturb the other half!
So I have been looking at organising my next degree module and organising trips on our next few holidays.
