I got a SE K750i last year - brilliant phone but always had problems with it. Its time for my contract upgrade and the new SE K800i looks great but the reliability problems I had with my K750i has put me off getting another one from SE. Are my problems isolated or has anyone has any problems with them?

What problems have you had?

I am aware of SE phones with a joystick having problems: the down button on the joystick slowly starts to stick or fail.

I have recently bought the W810i, which has a really nice interface. Much better than the K700i, mainly small little features that are useful. It also doesn't have a joystick, so hopefully it should be ok. The only problem right now is that the up button creaks a bit.
