It's only the the Union Jack when it's flying from the Jack staff of a Royal Navy ship, (that's where the Jack bit comes from) at any other time and place it is the Union Flag. The broad white diagonal should be at the top on the side nearest the flag pole.

which flag is it where the one side isnt the other side ?

You know I imagine like if the queen were on one side pounted on a gee=gee in full uniform
then the other side would be of the rear of the horse, rail and the back view of the queen .....

but I cant find it - - - there is one ....

o yeah and wiv Megan - the flag of the land of the free - stars in top left hand corner
and hung vertically - still in the top right hand corner

( but you cant do that by rotation alone: you have to turn it over as well)
