The bus does not go along Fishery Lane. You should walk to the end of Fishery Lane into Rails Lane which is on the bus route, there are ("Fishery Lane") bus stops on either side of Rails Lane near the junction with Fishery Lane. For the quicker service 30 into Havant cross over to the far side of Rails Lane, for a slower service stay on the same side of Rails Lane for the 31 service (you might even meet me boarding at Beachlands on this service!). At Havant Bus Station you need the 700 for Chichester. Winchester by bus is more problematic (circuitous route via Petersfield with changes I think, haven't ever used it), you would be much better getting a train from Havant station (and probably have to change at Fareham or Southampton). Incidentally you can also get a train at Havant for Chichester.
