Great catch from Ben Stokes- although he was further in than he should have been so didn't have to worry about carrying it over the rope- unlike this one

I used to play a bit of cricket myself so I can appreciate the brilliant catches and sympathise with some of those who dropped ''easy' catches on ael's clip (the sun, wind and slightly slippy surface can be factors), But what I'm really impressed with is those spectators in their seats who catch the ball despite not being able to move into position and sometimes despite having a beer in their hands

Second best I’ve ever seen......

Best ever(IMHO) was a similar one by Vasbert Drakes of the West Indies in an ODI. Inexplicably, unable to find footage of it via YouTube.
Tight on the boundary, he ran to his left and leapt(higher than Stokes), whilst looking into the sun and plucked, with his right hand, a missile out of the sky.
It was jaw dropping.

Ah, so you’re gutted that after what was basically ‘a difference of opinion’ with locals after a boozy night out didn’t end up with him being publicly flayed.
Inexplicably, a jury of 12 good men(and women, obviously) and true acquitted him, so you might want to retract what you’ve typed.
Nothing to do with the CPS, the full footage was viewed by the jury and I’m guessing they saw nothing more than the usual handbags one sees in towns up and down the country on any given weekend.
