I’ve had a boyfriend get thrown in ydc in georgia with no way of contacting him, I really want to be able to talk to him somehow an let him know I’m here for him. So can non immediate family send minors/juveniles post cards?

This website is UK-based and, to the best of my knowledge, we currently have no regular contributors based in the USA. So it's unlikely that anyone here can give you a definitive answer to your question. (In the UK anyone is free to write to any detained person. I can't see why it should be any different in the USA).
