I used to use ntldtv.co.uk. It was set up for those on cable,but all are welcome.Mainly forums,but there is a chat section. Also the site as a link to various chat rooms,although I doubt if they are all perv-free. Having said that,no matter which site you find,your always going to find the oddball.
