Who played the part of Captain Jack Sprat?

Captain Jack Sprat is a nursery Rhyme character, which Im unaware of if its become a TV show or film so... I agree with JimF.

I thought that, but Jack Spratt was not a captain in that film - the captain of the polo team was Jose O'Rourke, played by Ricardo Montalban.

The IMDb database should list the cast and crew of every movie in the English language (plus many movies in foreign languages), as well as of vast numbers of TV shows and series. However it refuses to recognise that there's ever been a character called 'Captain Jack Sprat' in film or TV. (There's also nothing on Google to suggest that the question could be referring to a stage performance).

As JimF states, the character in Pirates of the Caribbean (played by Johnny Depp) is called 'Jack Sparrow'. However some websites (such as Film Monthly: http://www.filmmonthly.com/video_and_dvd/pirates_of_the_caribbean_dead_mans_chest_lawrence.html ) do refer to him as 'Captain Jack Sprat'. I suspect that the quiz setter is similarly confused.
