On a Clear Day
3 Answers
I have just seen a delightful little movie entitled On a Clear Day at my local cinema, the whole movie was ruined for me as when the Frank finally swims the Channel he has not a skerrick of grease on him, OK, OK, he wouldn't be able to hug his son when he got to France, but he would have looked like a prune, not to mention being blue with cold. What a silly thing for the makers to do, I was with a fairly large crowd of women, and most of them felt the same as me.

But like you, when he stepped into the channel to start the swim, the first thing I asked myself was, what about the lard?
Good film though!
Man in Pub (pointing to arm) - Sharkbite, thirty five footer
Billy (pointing at tiny scar on his arm) - Fell off my bike. Two wheeler
So very funny!
