Monday. Another nice day, a wee bit cool outside at the moment, but it'll warm up. Nothing particular to do today, as far as I know anyway. I'm sure something will change that!

You needed the sleep, ummmm - only once have done the 24 hours and that was in Paris after 3 weeks in Nigeria. Laid down on the bed in my clothes at 4pm on Saturday and woke up after the nap at 5pm. At about 6, in the kitchen, I realised it was Sunday - it was a bit disturbing.

When we got back to Germany after our tour of duty in N.I. in the 60's, once we'd debriefed, cleaned and handed in weapons. I think the entire regiment slept the clock round!

We were then stood down for three weeks leave extra to the normal entitlement.

Morning WBM. Do you mean less passion, less skill, less committment, less intensity? That's all I've seen on the occasions I've watched. I watched the 2nd half yesterday and the ball control of the players was comical. Bear in the mind this was the World Cup Final.
