Hey,

Wondering also, what does it mean if you have a bar that has a thing that looks like a '7' on it?

if it is a squarish '7' it is to do with " end of a 'human voice'"
Depends of what the instruction was originally.. also depends on the music your reading ' a good example would be on' tubular bells' but this would be an extreme example! -look up 'end of stimme' and see if this matches what you think it is?

If not could be anything. even a 'rest' ..
think there must be a site to look these up and various languages and civilisations vary characters..

basically reading back I've not given any answers but maybe a few ideas!
