another cat question... my 10 month old kitten has become quite attached to a blusher brush. He carries it everywhere, grooms it as he grooms himself and is quite protective over it! not particularly worried find it quite cute...just a bit strange anyone else seen this sort of behaviour in cats?!!

yeah he's definitely a boy - if not then i'm not sure what exactly the vet chopped off 2 months ago! oh god i've got a gender-confused cat haven't i?!

I've got two cats just a few months older than yours and they both adore my blusher brush, especially my boy! He fishes round in my makeup bag then whacks it round the floor and licks it!

ahhh!! that is soo sweet. i wish my cat would do something that cute. all my cat does is zoom around my apartment at ten hundred miles an hour knocking stuff off shelves.

believe me Immi he does that too! and he caught and ate a fly at lunchtime today...i'm so proud of my genderbending feline!!

That sounds so cute.

I've just moved house and it has wooden floors through - this morning my cat took a flying leap off my bed and when he landed on the floor he just slid right across the room, crashing into the wall! It was very funny and he obviously thought it was fun too as he ran back across the room, jumped back on the bed and then hurtled off it again, and slid across the room again!

They're strange beasts but we love em!

Aw! my 5 month old kitty licks my hair and the corner of my eyes, and my lips! he really pushes his tiny nose into my lips - its weird - almost like he is desperate to get as close to me as possible - but he is so loving! He is a boy too....i have had words with him but he doesnt listen lol.

talking about gender confused cats my cat has actually had a sex change! He had problems weeing when he was about 3 years old and had a blockage in his tubes so the vet re-plumbed him into a girl! (Very expensive) When we went to collect him he had a pink bandage on his paw - very apt we thought. He is now 12 and still in shock I think (that's probably why he hides under the bed).

max has now taken to bringing his 'pet' into our bed at night, placing it very gently on the pillow, then running off for a play before coming back to get it - i think we're the new babysitters!

Pickle - glad to hear its not just my kitty too - and will keep my dolls safe too from now on!!
