Well, not quite, according to this jim - but you can't believe anything you read on these fact checker sites, especially when it tends to contradict ones opinion. When it agrees with it however, it's brilliant and spot on of course.

It says that there is "no evidence" that the person in question is even her brother. So far as I can see any claims that they are related are based on smear and hearsay. I feel pretty safe in calling it utterly false.
