The “plan” if there is one seems to be to foment revolution in Iran, which is a daft that simply won’t work.
Obama had the right approach even if it wasn’t perfect. A strategy which manages to unite the EU and the Kremlin in opposition to it has probably got issues :-)

I agree but unfortunately ,too many times ,these people are known to the security services but manage to slip under the radar to commit their heinous acts. Lack of manpower or whatever the 'watch' often goes to sleep.
