I think that you will find that Christians, Sikhs, or Buddhist are not mad enough to blow themselves up in support of their religions.

In no other religion can one gain merit by murdering a child. If a Muslim has committed a crime against the wishes of Allah he will spend the afterlife in hell - Jahannam, suffering eternal punishment.
The belief is among the more moronic followers, that killing infidels will give you a clean slate, exonerate you from your past crimes, and allow you entry into paradise.
