For how long and at what temp should I cook 2 chicken breasts in the oven?

personally i would cook them at gas mark5/6 for about 25 mins

i start them off in a hot pan to seal them and then a hottish oven - 6 or 7 200-220 for 15 minutes. Always juicy and cooked through.

according to the instructions on the ones I buy, it is 190 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.

The Co-op's pack of 'Chicken in Red Wine Sauce' says to put them in a casserole dish and place it in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg for 35 minutes. I now make my own, using the same temperature and time, and it turns out great.
