Until now I can honestly say I have never seen or heard of this gentleman before.

Oh that is sad news, he was so attractive and ZM is correct he should have gained far greater recognition for his wonderful singing.

He was hit by a steady stream of illnesses over the past thirty years but tried to keep going.

So sad, had several forms of cancer over many years. He really should have been a bigger name, he was a man of many talents.

Considering he was diagnosed with cancer in 1989 I suppose he had more time than might be expected. Great talent.
