went for my steps earlier and fell flat on my face, cut my hands and legs ,everything hurts .(I haven't even had a prosecco)

because I can't get up by myself I had to crawl to a lamppost to puul myself up ,luckily I was in a little lane and no one saw (hopefully)x

Bless you mally. The times that happens - take a tumble in public and try and pretend it didn't happen nor did it hurt. Hope you got all the grit and dirt out and your wounds heal quickly. More than a prosecco called for this evening ;)

yes, how I didn't hit my face i'll never know, hands knees ankles arms are cut, jarred everything else ,I was really worried about my shoulder as last time I took a bad dive I tore the ligament in my shoulder and ripped a bit of bone off, had to have an op and screw fitted to hold bone in placeand the other ligament put back in place xx

My mother did this, thinking she saw Tom Daly in Truro and she decided to go for some cobble-diving, her mind off her feet co-ordination, and, my, there was a lot of blood, two front-teeth lost for the Dracula fashion statement.

It turned out to be that 'Tom Daly' was the owner of a Nursing care co that we knew and an ex-nurse, as was the manager of the White Company.

The White Company has become known as the 'Bloody White Company' in the family, but they were super in the way they handled her and allowed me to go and get the personal ambulance to whisk her away to A&E - and she was in and out inside 35 minutes, no major damage done and forget stress - as she couldn't remember it happening!
