I needed to urgently get in touch with Spotify as I'd been charged £14-99 for a 30 day free trial which I only took on Sunday 28th July, it was one of those chat window things and I'd done it through FB so when the young man ( Rommel J) had to check my account ,he obviously saw my photo and said
How old are you? I told him and he said You look nowhere near that,okay he may have overstepped his mark but OMG ,he made an old lady very happy this morning , I feel a good day coming folks :0)
