Sunday. according to my wee Kindle we re going to have celestial pyrotechnics at 1000. I love watching thunderstorms.
The Wee White Tornado AKA snowflake, is curled up alongside me, fast asleep. The only time she likes being more than a couple of feet from me is when I take her over the fields, then she hurtles about like a demented Exocet missile, looking for rats to dispatch.
Rugby to be watched later.
Have a happy day everyone.

See ya!
Bonjour!

Stinkit is very moody this morning. I suspect he's like me - not a morning person.

My parents are coming up to visit today so they can see the house before the major renovation starts. I'm doing posh burger and chips and I'm sure we'll show them our local too :-)

Morning CG xx so when does the work begin?
Good luck with all the renovations, LCG. I expect it all going to take some time. Dust, dust and more dust.

Talking of dust, I have visitors coming to stay next Sunday. I need to do a bit of dust shifting myself this week. I think I need a new mop.

Morning all,dry and still here on Tyneside , rained a bit last night but it looks like further up the coast from me in Northumberland ,has been badly hit with extensive flooding in Rothbury, Low Hauxley areas
Sorry, DT, missed you xx

The Building Inspector should be around this week. If we can get the neighbours on the one side to finally sign the Party Wall Agreement, we will start digging the foundations next weekend.

Tilly, we're on our fourth skip already.
