Hi angry

You need to go to the police asap, he is distributing these without your consent and my God I hope they throw the book at him!! The sick ... <insert explitive here>

Good luck!
sorry forgot to add take copies of the e-mails he has been sending you too. xxx
I agree you have to go to the police
Yes. I agree with the above. Do it ASAP. Nobody has the right to that to anyone. Especially at your age. If you were 30 I'd think you was silly but at 16 not so. Live and learn but put a stop to it now
There is now an offence of Harrassment, which is in simple terms anyone doing anything which you find harrassing by its nature. As a general rule if a 'normal person' would find his behaviour caused harrassment or distress then the offence is complete. The Police should warn him initially - he has to be told legally that you do not appreciate his actions - but if the behaviour persists he would then become arrestable and should be charged. You need to start keeping any evidence you can about his actions - save e-mails etc, keep any documentation and keep a log of stuff he is doing to bother you along with details of anyone else who will back up what you are saying. Cases like this are very difficult to prove if it's just your word against his. Bottom line is that his behaviour is not acceptable and this offence was designed to deal with just ths sort of thing. Not very pleasant but it shold be fairly easily dealt with before too long. I wish you luck!
If the photos are of a naked 16 year old, could he not also be charged with creating and distributing child pornography, and statutory rape as well??
I don't know how the laws are in the UK, but here in the US, they would throw him in jail.
