Have you tried INTUITION razor??? It`s brilliant & I get over a week between shaves. It does not leave any red marks, does not nick & leaves you smooth. I even use it on my bikini line.
I think sugaring is more or less the same as waxing, isn't it? but they say it hurts less, i'm not sure how it still rips your hairs out. I tried waxing but I couldn't bring myself to it so I just ended up with sticky legs. So I stick to shaving but only coz I'm a wimp.

Really? i'm going to Boots now, i think i'll get one. Only thing is shaving only lasts a week not even that!
Leave it alone,go for the "Fluffy" look, Keep you warm in winter !!!!
Lan, I can relate to that lol... I couldn't bring myself to whip the wax stip off either, it took ages to get the thing back off accompanied with a series of oo oo Oo aah ahh aaa no no no no nooooooooo aaaargghhh!

Ok, that sounded more like a monkey but you know what I mean! *blush*
Epilating lasts for about 3 weeks, you don't have to go to a salon, it's not messy and once you've bought the epilator that's all you have to pay out. It does hurt a bit to begin with but you get used to it very quickly. It takes a bit more effort to start as your hair grows at different lengths and rates, but you soon end up with 3 weeks off! I'll never go back to waxing now.
Yes same as above, EPILATING!!! swear by it !! very painfull first few times, but hairs grow back finer so it gets easier. Phillips satin ice epilator has a sort of ice box connected that numbs the skin before you epilate quite expensive tho cost me 60 2 years ago, mite be cheaper now!! Honestly the best way of hair removal!!

epilating? i never thought of that. My friend has just bought one as shes very dark and she also swears by it.

thanks guys, i love this website! and i love you!
Leave it and get rid of the hassle
Epilating!!!

I have an epilator, a sander type thing, razors, wax, sugar, veet, nair etc etc...

My problem is that I have such sensitive skin that all of them affect me and more so at different times of the month. So one day I could use cream to remove hair, and all would be fine, the next day I culd use the same cream but have an extreme reaction to it. I can't find something that doesn't bring me out in a rash of some kind and I refuse to be a hairy mary (apologies to any Mary's out there who aren't hairy)

Briar_x . I also have EXTREMELY sensitive skin, but the INTUITION I use is for sensitive skin. I`ve had NO probs.
I may have a look at one of those then.
I'm sick of dry skin and rashes and then the stinging pain. I am such a wimp!
I think going to the salon to be waxed is much less painful than doing it myself. After the first few waxes, it doesn't seem as painful either.x
