However, assuming for the moment that this post is genuine, anyone in the UK who offers financial advice by way of business has to be qualified and licensed, so they're not going to give their services for free. The only firms that might offer free financial advice would be those who make commission from their recommendations (meaning that they're not independent). Such practices are banned in the UK, so any firm working to such a model would have to be overseas and thus (worryingly) not regulated by the UK authorities.
