Cashplus Credit Builder Card - Bad Credit - Question
19 Answers
took this card out near one year ago, it gives a loan and i will have paid that loan back in august .
the loan goes against your credit file and hopefully affects future borrowing and at least hopefully heals my credit score a little. ive no ccj,s against me. 4 years ago i ran into difficulty with some credit cards etc.
now that ive paid the loan off is there really any sense in taking another loan out with cashplus for a further year , i mean i dont see much sense in doing so ?

You can improve your rating by taking out a high interest credit card, using it and paying of the balance at end of month to avoid interest charges.

for two quid ( pukka - two stars)
but it is hidden
it took me some time to track it down

You say this is a credit card, so just make some of your expenditure on it each month, repay in full by the due date on the statement when you receive it. Do not make a part payment as the interest will be high, do not miss a payment or be late.
You will then slowly see your credit rating improving as you will have shown you can manage your finances.
Forget taking a loan on it as you will be paying the high rate of interest.
