Help needed!
I have 90% of the grid filled in, but now need the prison, route and refuge.
Am I right in thinking the prison is the famous one with a 'Z' in it's name? (mind you, I can't find it in the grid) What is meant by waymarks? I thought they were arrows, but the only letter that looks like an arrow is V.
Also I need help with - 27 across: Nigerian's home in Graz, Austria? (5) ?A??A (I So want it to be Razau but can't find a town called that!) Also 22 down: Fabulous beasts, more despicable than all others (6) BA?N?T
With the extra letters I've somehow managed to get 18, which is a worry, as I think even some of these may be wrong!
I need to escape from here!!!!

...when you arrive at the indicated column, the letter you encounter is the waymark for the left hand column coordinates (go up or down until you find the next waymark, and so on...).
Here are the first four, so you know if you're on the right route -
From T in the middle of the prison go left to A (this is the letter at the '[T]umble' point on the bottom row) then go up to O (this is the letter at the 'c[A]rving point in the left hand column) then go left to I ....
