Angioplasty Dressing.

Had to have an angioplasty last Wednesday following another heart attack.
The procedure was done through the radial artery, no problem at all with the site, no bruising or anything...BUT ...the ruddy skin like dressing they applied afterwards is stuck like poo to a blanket.
The dressing is so fine I didn't notice it until a couple of days later, anyone any ideas on how to remove this near on invisible (but now slightly grubby on the edges) dressing please?

Soak a gauze pad, with alcohol ( gin, rum, whisky) and gently massage into the adhered plaster until one corner becomes detached. Then continue removing the whole dressing.

Tried soaking it last night, it appears to be impervious to any kind of alcohol/oil/cream. It's like a second skin and I swear they have super-glued the thing on.

Try gently teasing a corner up with a sharp knife.

Have you tried soaking in the bath with a good book and glass of someting

Hydrocolloid type, warm it with a hairdryer on a low setting
