well all a bit tense, England (3 penalties), 9, Italy 0 at half time....a bit like Newcastle United, they can't score goals.....

Good game DT. I like the look of this Italian team. They have come on leaps and bounds technically since their early 6 Nations tourni efforts. Their no.6 Negri is a good rugby player and they look as if they can do something out in Japan. No more the whipping boys, and can give anyone a game now. England just have too much strength in depth for them.

I agree, the Italians aren't a pushover but with The Springboks and then the All Blacks in their Group games 3 and 4, their days are limited.Now if they could roll over the Boks?

England are looking like semifinalists - after that it is performance on the day, avoiding the yellows/(reds) and good old luck.

We live in hope there DT. England are playing some scintillating stuff now, just hope that they can bottle it and take it across the World to Japan. Good performance from England and they look to have it all on the field. Lets see if they can keep the collective ticking over without friction when they are confined to barracks. We just need to put those ruddy Taffs to bed.

Talking about it DT. We are in St Ives first week Oct. and I have been busy getting the Sky app set up on my laptop and surface pro.......just in case the games are not viewable in the digs or a local rub a dub. "She who must be obeyed" likes the rugger as well so I am a lucky lad there.

there should be many an establishment down here showing the matches, rugby being ahead of the circular globe game......are you in a hotel or flat....?

Right on the quay near Smeatons pier. Little House. Some of the games are on early doors before pub time and not sure whether the gaff is sky sports furnished. No trouble as long as the internet is there we can watch if we decide to now.

very nice - seagull territory though...when we were 16 there was a local and how he didn't get into trouble, I do not know - feeding the gulls bread with calcium carbide in them, the consequences being stukas down onto the visitors on the pier.
