ok, what can be done to slim my thighs? I'm not celulitey, but they're a bit flabby on the insides and top.
Cycling will make them bigger,yes? so what else, exercise wise?
Running either outside or on a treadmill will strengthen your thighs and tighten the skin at the same time as you will be burning off fat. Cycling will not make you have 'big' thighs unless you go at it everyday for hours, cycling is a good way to burn off those calories and to also strengten and tighten the leg muscles, just don't over do it. You could even try an aerobics class or go swimming, honestly there are countless ways to go about it.
