Is there anything that can be done to stop this happening?. It’s, exhausting.

It must surely be allergy related, so taking one-a-day loratadine tablets should solve the problem. They're ludicrously cheap (£2 for 30 in Asda, £1 for 30 in B&M and Poundland, 79p for 30 in Poundstretcher), so it's not exactly going to break the bank to see if they'll help you.
It happens to me too Chrissa. My nose has now started to be sore and bleed. There are various types of antihistamine, so it might be worth talking to a pharmacist. You might have to experiment. I keep forgetting to take them!
The cold weather makes me yawn.
