Cleoval, you should try choc and orange overnight oats, delicious, up to 60gm porridge, 125ml skimmed milk, tbsp 0% fat natural yogurt or greek, your choice, tbsp cacao nibs, tbsp cacao powder, tbs no added sugar marmalade, mix together and leave in fridge overnight, add some orange segments in morning, Porridge is also lovely cooked next morning having been soaked in skimmed milk o/n, or you could try, for a slow release breakfast to keep you going for most of morning, porridge cooked as normal then add tbsp of no added sugar peanut butter (if you're not allergic) and fresh banana, no syns for any of those recipes and all delicious
