//Why wouldn't it be regarded as a hate crime// Because the point of "hate crime" laws is to silence people who point out s the undesirable effects of multiculturalism and mass immigration from backward cultures. So to charge the foul-mouthed scarfy with a "hate crime" would run counter to that aim, wouldn't it?
