when i try to print a document sent by email to me it picks up the paper but then runs straight though the printer without printing, it was ok last time i printed, don't know what i'm doing wrong, any suggestions please

Dont really know, if it was working and you have not changed any settings. You could temporarily cut and paste into a word processing program. The Espon support website is pretty good at solving problems if you dont get any joy here.
