We had a fair bit of rain during the night, I needn't have bothered watering.

Nothing on the oracle for today after the usual running around, so it's moubt ironing and the rugby or GP.

'Reports are coming in from the Midlothian Advertiser that a serious fire has broken out in a shed in Gorebridge. The fire has been fuelled by a considerable quantity of Scotch going up and there have been several mini-explosions as bottles break and casks ignite - however, it could be spiders popping as they are roasted and burned by the heat.

The cause is unknown, but an Australian illegal immigrant was known to be camping in the shed. No Koalas or Kangaroos have been harmed.'
