Can anyone remember a movie or an episode of a series where a wife is bored of her relationship and drifts towards an old school friend who is an artist. I think the kids in the family realise something might be going on. Eventually the woman realises her husband is the only person for her. The artist friends then decides to leave as he couldn't get her and head for another country

in one of the series Mrs Selfridge falls for the charms of a painter before he leavers for France i think?

It was something I have seen more recently within the last month or two..still not sure if it was a Uk series or a movie or US series episode. It is neither of the two answers so far.
