What does "leave to be" mean?

She is my essence, and I leave to be,If I be not by her fair influenceFoster'd, illumined, cherish'd, kept alive.

It could be interpreted as "If you'll allow me my opinion".

"Stop being..." The full sentence reads - once the part in parenthesis is removed - "She is my essence; and I leave to be illumin'd, cherished, kept alive." That is, "I stop being illumin'd"...etc. In other words, without her my life is meaningless.
