I can log in from my MacBook but not from my iPad.

Yes. Same Username password and email address.

When I enter my username and password on the Log In page and hit Sign In, it returns me to the Log In page. My username is still visible in the box, but the asterisks representing my password are gone.
I have tried: clearing the cache, using a different browser, and turning it off and on again(!)
