The probate court that issued the order varying the terms of the will should have the relevant information.

To find the contact details for the relevant court, start here:

(NB: Enter the postcode from where your children's grandfather lived, not your own)

Buenchico Thank you for responding to my question. I rang the said Courts for advice and they couldn’t help me. I have rung the Solicitors at least 5 times who dealt with their Grandads Will. I just keep getting fobbed off.
I offered to pay for any copies of the amended estate and how it was apportioned.
I have hit a brick wall but Thank you anyway
Kind Regards

Is this helpful? They might confirm whether the Will went to probate.

Tamborine thank you. I have a copy of both the Will and Probate 2008 . Then my Children’s Aunt contested the Will. She won and said she had put money into trust funds for my 2 children as they were 7and 5 till they where 18. My son turned 18 in Aug.
Her 2 children at the time were around 28 /29yrs old and another adult child around 30yrs old.
My children’s father passed away last year and at the time she still said that they had trust funds .
We live at opposite ends of the country.
So my son asked for his trust fund details to which she replied .I contested the Will and it’s my money.
As their father died last year and it’s his sister it’s very difficult. For 11 years they thought they would receive this money when they were 18.
Thank you for trying to help though
