British Gas Online Account Problem

I am having problems accessing my online account. I get so far then get the message
"We are currently upgrading our systems and need to redirect you to your temporary dashboard " I select continue on this screen but dos not go anywhere.
Spent a couple of hours this afternoon having a web chat with some one at British Gas but nothing resolved.
Anyone else experiencing same problem.

I'm pleased you've explained the 'whoring' issue. I had visions of you standing on a street corner, asking passers by if they were "looking for a good time" ;-)

I've just logged into my account, without problems. I've not seen any 'Message from the Chairman' either. Are you sure that you're using a link for logging into your customer account, rather than one to log into a shareholder account? (That's the only place where I'd expect to see a message from the Chairman). Here's the link I used:

Just resetting my password it was auto spell that turned whirling into whoring and message was sent. But computer is so much quicker now. I was using normal login route when I got Chairman's message. It will take a page of A4 typing to describe what happened today I was 3rd party but started at 7am this morning and concluded when I got home this evening with blues and twos. Might post a thread tomorrow.

After all that back to

And keeps looping back to same message. But my computer in a lot more responsive now, so something gained and now know were delete key is.
just checked and I have no problem on safari. I hope tomorrow is better for you than today seems to have been.

Woofgang thanks will let BG do their thing, I am over what happened today, just been on edge all day and adrenaline has been pumping at times, never felt so lonely but all calm now. No body hurt or injured just mind games and false accusations.
