If you ordered through the noble collection website, I have reported them to trading standards. Did you have any luck?

They have caused me hell for the last month - and I won't get my goods before Christmas.

Hello thanks for your reply. Yes I did order through the web site in end of November but received my goods on the 18th December. I am very pleased with the items but their customer services is terrible!

Glad you got yours - they never delivered mine! Luckily I found their stuff through an independant seller - legands online. They do lots of good stuff, very reliable and theres a phone number on the site. I ordered yesterday and received delivery today.

Now THATS service!

It's been a while since this question was asked but as someone who works at the 13th Floor I'd just like to say that we're not the noble collection (contrary to all the calls we've been getting for the noble collection ;-)
