I'm back, I have had a wee holiday in the glorious south the sun shone the whole time.
The pain and the hurt is still there and I can only hope it lessens over time.

Welcome back. I know it's a cliche but the first year is the worst, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas etc after that things begin to ease. That's what I found anyway, I just hope that it will be the same for you x
