High electricity bill?

Is there a way to find out what the electricity bill should approximately be for your home?
We moved house a few years ago and I think that our electricity bill might be higher than it should. Is there a website which calculates what your bill could be based on your approx useage? Or does the Electricity provider offer a similar service?

Thanks a million thelewisgang - that was a really useful site. As I suspected, my bills seem to be higher than they should be. Probably worth a call to my supplier to have a chat!
