I'm going to Newcastle at the end of November, well, we'll be staying in Durham but going in to Newcastle for the Christmas market.

I’m told it’s going to be bigger and better this year rocky, the local traders in the Grainger Market ( indoor market ) aren’t very pleased

They are definitely warmer people up north. Especially Newcastle. My FIL's family came from there. Lovely people.

and find out. My fil died couple of years ago. He lived down South when he was a young boy.

Arh right,it’s quite a small town in comparison with others and the areas are North and South of the Tyne
can't say I've heeard of Big7 before but they also tell you where to get the best pizza in Utah, which is at least as plausible

Yes, you get off at Newcastle Central station,cross the road and head up toward Greys Monument up Grainger street and the market is at the top of there, probably a 5-10 min walk Rocky , flat all the way tho x

No hills Rocky, it’s a flat walk along the street, there’s nowhere hilly in town apart from going up the west road which won’t effect you at all
