General Form Of Judgement Or Order

I am the claimant & have received the above form dated 28/09/19. The defendant must return the directions questionnaire (form 180) on or before 12 days from 28/09/19. I assuming they have not filled in the form as I have not heard anything. I am now, as the claimant "at liberty to enter judgement". How do I do that ?
I have checked the money claim .gov on line but it is beyond me.
In simple terms what do I do now?

why are you assuming nothing was submitted to court? Did you attend?

....because I received a N24 ...."The defendant must file the directions questionnaire (Form 180)with the OCMC on or before 12 days from the issue of this order. If the defendant does not comply with this notice your defence/counterclaim will automatically be struck out without further order of the court and, subject to the Claimant having complied with this order, the claimant will be at liberty to enter judgement
