Medallions of pork fillet in mustard sauce served with cauliflower mash and tender stem broccoli. Flourless chocolate cake with almond milk ice-cream for afters and probably prosecco.

@16.16, The last time I had a burger King was when I took the kids to Butlins about 35 years ago, and have never touched one since. There was more than enough grease and oil come out of it to top my engine up. Have they improved any?

We had a Sunday lunch out at a local hostelry we haven’t been to before. It was a bit ‘volume over quality’ but not bad value.

Tesco man popped round earlier, brought me a Thai green curry. That'll do nicely.

Not greasy, teacake, they are very generous with the salad. Not something I eat often so I do quite enjoy them when I do. I'm not sure we had a BK 35 years ago.

This is the recipie I use,its a slimming world one, I do add a little more chilli flakes and a small amount of smoked paprika.
