Hen night in Manchester

Help! I need to organise my hen party quickly and want to go to manchester. I was thinking about having most of the evening at Deansgate Locks cause its close together and seems to have some good bars - but I've only been once and it was a week night, so I don't know whether it will be any good on a saturday. We just want good music to dance to a a good atmosphere. Any thoughts? Also, i need a decent tapas restaurant to eat in that's near the locks - tried el rincons, but they only take 14 people max and we're closer to 18...help, I've only got three weeks left!!!

Whatever you do, don't go to the gay scene / Canal St bars. It's a hideous night out.
