Just watched the first episode. Stellar cast and a very solid start to a four part drama. Almost forgot it was on and had to watch it on 4 + 1 - and, before any would be comedians chip in, i don't mean Channel 5:-) Anyone else watched it?

Yes Madeup & Nellie, I did not like that part at all. Very uncomfortable to watch.

I will be very interested to see if they try and explain her reaction to him after the domestic violence incident.
Having been a victim I found that part most distressing.

We'll have to see how often it happens. To me her reaction wasn't from someone who hadn't experienced it before.

If my partner hit me I think I'd be too shocked to react.

It was the punching to the stomach which was the worst. It was quite a shock to see.
