It will possibly have dried out and then ice crystals will have melted to make all surfaces a bit wet but on heating in an oven (not a microwave oven though) should render it more or less as intended.
I have in the past bought food that I've frozen without reading the box and when it defrosted the ?composition? of it had changed and it said on the box 'Not suitable for Home Freezing', so I try to remember to check that first now.
