I have used the contact us button on their web page and have just sent an e-mail don't think it will be answered or make any difference but I feel better for letting them know how I felt

There is an email address [email protected] at the bottom of Saturdays crossword - sent a missive off to this and as you say getting it off my chest made me feel a bit better. Whether or not we get replies is in the lap of the gods

I expect that this time they'll open all the entries and write back with an apology and a stamp!

Suggest we check the squares before buying the paper. A drop in sales might help.
